The bimetal composite structure achieved mass production through laser cladding and additive manufacturing, which increased the product life by 50% and reduced the processing allowance by 30%. The digital twin technology on the design side has shortened the development cycle by 40% and reduced the design error rate by 75%. Finite element analysis has optimized the rib plate structure, reducing the stress concentration factor from 3.2 to 1.8. In the production process, Shougang has built the first fully automated digital casting production line in China, with robots and CNC machining centers reducing labor costs by 40% and increasing production capacity by 25%. AI visual inspection achieves a precision of 0.02mm, and spectral analysis enables a material composition qualification rate of 99.97%. The intelligent bearing seat integrates multiple sensors to achieve predictive maintenance, reducing unplanned downtime by 62% and maintenance costs by 35%. In terms of industrial ecology, AI platforms such as Liaocheng Bearing Big Model and Xinchang Industrial Brain have connected the entire chain, reducing the dependence on domestic equipment imports from 60% to 18%, increasing the concentration of CR5 to 32%, and achieving an export value of 2.8 billion yuan in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 19%, forming global competitiveness in high-end fields such as wind power and shield tunneling machines.
