HANGJI.HANGJI was founded in 1973. After more than 50 years of perseverance and dedicated efforts, it has evolved into an enterprise group capable of independently designing, developing, and manufacturing various marine auxiliary products, including filters, valve remote control devices, marine modules, and hydraulic components. These products are widely used in numerous industries such as marine navigation, aviation, power generation, and petrochemicals. The company occupies a total area of approximately 62,500 square meters, including about 30,000 square meters of production facilities and 6,800 square meters of office space. The company possesses over 300 pieces of equipment, including vertical/horizontal machining centers, large fiber laser cutters, CNC flame cutters, CNC lathes, CNC pipe benders, resin sand production lines, medium-frequency melting furnaces, furnace-side molten iron quality thermal analyzers, and metallographic workstations. The company currently operates a provincial-level engineering technology research center and an intelligent testing center. Its R&D facilities include over 60 sets of equipment, such as universal flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient testing systems, oil separator vibration measurement systems, filter element load and filtration efficiency test benches, fuel oil-water separation efficiency test benches, and filter flow/resistance characteristic test benches (850 m³/h capacity). The company's networked computers are equipped with Computer-Aided Design (CAD, Solidworks), Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP), and Product Data Management (PDM) software. Through computer networks and database technology, all product-related information and processes across the group are integrated and managed, enabling modern, scientific, standardized, and normalized enterprise management. Primary products include: filters, valves, modules, hydraulic components, and marine accessories.
