HUAQI.HUAQI was established on July 25, 2003, with its registered location in Changyuan City, Henan Province. The company's leading products include: 3.2T-5000T lifting hooks, MMD series hook bodies below 250#, die-forged crane wheels, and rolled pulleys. Among these, die-forged crane wheels utilize the independently developed “die-forged crane wheel one-step (hot) forming” technology to achieve mass production. The company extensively utilizes advanced equipment, including 1t, 3t, and 5t electro-hydraulic hammers; an 800t rapid forging press; crane pulleys; 5t and 60t synchronized manipulators; 6000t and 10000t hydraulic presses; and YJM4232 CNC gantry machining centers. Additionally, over 10 million yuan has been invested to establish a “Lifting Hook Testing Center” equipped with a 2000-ton tensile testing machine and a physical and chemical laboratory, laying a solid foundation for R&D and high-quality production.
