PRECEDE.PRECEDE was established in 1997 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. Following its restructuring with Anton Oil in September 2008, the company has become a specialized oilfield technical service provider dedicated to the research, development, and promotion of sand control completion technologies and supporting tools for oil and gas wells. The company has obtained API Q1 quality system certification for screen tubes and packers, API Spec 11D1 certification for packers and bridging plugs, as well as ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. It also holds a valid Work Safety Permit. Its primary products include sand control completion systems for oil and gas wells, gas injection systems, sand control screens, packers, and other related supporting tools.
